The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Pizza Hut in Gainesville, Florida
     
The Silver Group has completed a sale leaseback of a Pizza Hut Restaurant in Gainesville, Florida for a price of $1,379,300.  Barry Silver structured the sale to a New York investor and represented both Buyer and Seller.  A new lease was created with a very conservative rent rate.
