The Silver Group sells another single tenant property in California

The Silver Group has completed the sale of a 7 Eleven convenience store located at 295 West Main in Morgan Hill, California. The Property was sold by Employees 401 Retirement Plan to Full Properties for $655,000. Investment broker, Greg Cunha, who handled the transaction on behalf of the parties reported the lease rate was less than 4% of store sales. Mr. Cunha is currently involved in other 7 Eleven sales.
