The Silver Group proudly announces the sale of a new Rite Aid Drugstore in Sylvania Township, Ohio. The purchase price for the 14,690 sf retail store was $4,718,000. The buyer was a California based family trust completing a tax-deferred exchange.  The Silver Group represented Buyer and Seller.
