The Silver Group Brokers the Sale of a Single Tenant Office / Lab

Northern California based, The Silver Group proudly announces the recent sale of a single tenant office / lab building 100% leased to STL and its successor, TestAmerica. The 18,284 sf, single-story building is located in the Deer Valley Industrial Park. The Property was sold for $3,150,000 and had a long term, triple net lease with annual rent increases. Barry Silver represented both the Buyer who was completing a tax-deferred exchange, and the Seller, an institutional fund.
