The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Starbucks in Paris, Texas

The Silver Group has sold a freestanding Starbucks Coffee, in Paris, TX to a California based family.  The sale price of $1,086,206 represented a 7.25% initial cap rate.  The buyer was drawn to this property because the location was "Main & Main" with national retailers sharing the intersection with Starbuck's.
