The Silver Group completes the Sale of a National Tire & Battery in Lee's Summit, MO

The Silver Group has sold a new National Tire & Battery facility in the Kansas City suburb of Lee's Summit, Missouri. The transaction closed days following the store's grand opening. The property consisted of a 8,064 sf building on 1 acre in this upper income suburb. The property came with a 25 year, corporate lease.

Barry Silver represented both parties.
