The Silver Group Sells Another Single Tenant Property in California

The Silver Group announced today the sale of a Wendy’s Restaurant in Fairfield, California. The Property consists of a freestanding fast food building, with drive through lane, at Cordelia Junction. The sale was precipitated by the transfer of the business from one operator to another. The new tenant is a multi-unit franchisee with several Bay Area Wendy’s locations. The Property sold for $1,255,000 with a capitalization rate slightly over 7%. This was an off market transaction handled by Greg Cunha.

“Greg created this sale by having a local investor seeking a Bay Area investment for his portfolio. He contacted the Seller who was considering the sale of this property. Greg’s timing was perfect”, according to Barry Silver.
