The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Taco Bueno Restaurant in Harker Heights, Texas

The Silver Group announces the sale of an un-subordinated ground lease under a new Taco Bueno Restaurant in Harker Heights, Texas. Taco Bueno is a 40 year old Mexican restaurant chain operating 136 locations throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Taco Bueno is obligated to pay ground rent for 20 years with rent increasing 10% every 5 years. Barry Silver represented both Buyer and Seller in this sale. The purchase price was $1,430,000.

Harker Heights is a wealthy suburb of Killeen, and has experienced tremendous commercial and residential growth. This site is across the street from the new Market Heights Shopping Center with Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Petco & Cinemark Theater.
