The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Monterey, California

The Silver Group assisted the developer of a new Big 5 Sporting Goods store located at 2250 Fremont Street in Monterey, California.  After many years in the Del Monte Shopping Center, Big 5 moved to this 18,500 sf freestanding building. The sale price was $5,000,000. Andrew Schantz of Pearson Realty represented the buyer, Bianchi Land Co.  Barry Silver exclusively represented the Seller and achieved a 5.5% cap rate.
