The Silver Group completes the sale of a National Tire & Battery located in Rockwall, Texas

The Silver Group is pleased to announce the sale today of a National Tire & Battery store in the Dallas suburb of Rockwall, Texas. The Property consists of a freestanding 8,000 sf building within a large power center surrounded by Lowe's Home Improvement, Target, Albertson's Supermarket, Stein Mart, Staples and Bank of America. The Seller had this property in contract twice before Barry Silver was able to secure it on behalf of his investor.
This sale was the 12th National Tire & Battery sold by The Silver Group. The Buyer was a first time client who was completing a tax deferred exchange. Barry Silver was the only broker involved in this transaction.
