The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Jack In The Box Restaurant in Belton, Texas

The Silver Group has assisted a California based investment group to complete a 1033 Tax Deferred Exchange, with the purchase of a new Jack In The Box Restaurant in Belton, Texas. The group had been nearing the 3 year time limit to reinvest funds from the condemnation of land in Central California. The newly developed project has a 20 year lease and is located next to a new Walgreens Drugstore and across from Wal*Mart, H.E.B. Grocery and 1st National Bank.

Jack In The Box operates 2,100 locations in 18 states. Revenues are nearing $3 billion and they maintain a BB credit rating from Standard & Poors.
