The Silver Group completes the Sale of a National Tire & Battery in St. Charles, Illinois

The Silver Group has sold a National Tire & Battery retail facility located in St. Charles, Illinois. The new, 8,064 sf retail store sold for $3,450,000. The Silver Group represented both Buyer and Seller in the transaction.  The Buyer was completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange.
