The Silver Group completes the sale of three single tenant medical buildings in the Midwest.

The Silver Group has just completed the sale of three single tenant medical buildings in the midwest. Total consideration was in excess of $8,100,000. The Buyer was completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange using proceeds from a property sold by The Silver Group earlier this year. Barry Silver was the only broker involved in the transaction. Both Seller and Tenant have asked for this information to be kept confidential.

With these closings, Barry Silver has completed 17 buy or sale transactions with this client.
