Greg Cunha joined The Silver Group in 2007 as an Associate Broker. Greg’s real estate experience began in 2005 providing commercial property owners with the opportunity for tax benefits through Cost Segregation Analysis and later working with a local Marin County real estate firm as a general leasing agent in the North Bay market.

Greg is very passionate about real estate and chose to move from leasing to working with investors to build their investment portfolio. Greg believes that specializing in single tenant real estate allows him to provide his clients with valuable market knowledge.

The Silver Group welcomed Greg as an Associate where he has focused his time and energy on single tenant investment property ranging from $500,000 - $10,000,000. He is enthusiastic and determined to provide value to clients. Greg’s early success in closing both small and large transactions allowed him to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of the net leased real estate market.

When he’s not working, Greg loves spending time with his wife, family and friends, camping, fishing, traveling, snowboarding and even playing golf, a game at which he admits he is terrible.

Greg was born and raised in northern California. He graduated from Arizona State University and holds his California Real Estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
