The Silver Group announces its first Closing of 2010

The Silver Group announces its first closing of 2010 with the sale of a new Firestone Complete Auto Care facility in Waxahachie, Texas. The property consists of a 7,575 sf retail building on 1.43 acres of land. Firestone is located along the frontage of busy Highway 287 adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter about 30 miles south of Dallas. The site is near the intersection of Highway 77 and 287, a regional retail hub with draws such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Office Depot, H-E-B Grocery and a number of restaurants. The Texas based buyer was completing an exchange from a multi-tenant property into this passive investment.
