The Silver Group completes the Sale of an Un-Subordinated Ground Lease for Comfort Inn in Gainesville, Florida
    
The Silver Group has sold the un-subordinated ground lease under a Comfort Inn located in Gainesville, Florida for $4,160,000.  The property consisted of a 2 acre parcel of land under an 83 room limited service hotel.  The Leasehold value was in excess of $6 million.  The Silver Group represented buyer and seller in the transaction.  The European investor was drawn to the 99 year lease term and the security of the investment.
