The Silver Group completes the Sale of an Oil Changers in San Carlos, California
       
A freestanding Oil Changers facility located at 1188 El Camino Real in San Carlos, CA was sold to an East Bay partnership for $1,625,000. The Silver Group represented the Seller while Alex Wu of CalCity represented the Buyers. Oil Changers has occuped the property since 1994 with a 20 year primary lease term.  The Silver Group marketed this property for the Seller and achieved a cap rate of 5.84%.
