The Silver Group sells a National Tire & Battery for $2.2 Million

The Silver Group announced today that Barry Silver has represented both Buyer and Seller in the sale of a single tenant, National Tire & Battery retail property in Alabaster, Alabama. The Property consists of a newly constructed 8,919 s.f. building on 1.38 acres of land at the corner of Highway 31 and Colonial Promenade Parkway.

“The Buyer is a long-time client who was completing a significant tax deferred exchange. NTB was one of three single tenant properties acquired. They liked the tenant, location and 25 year absolute net lease. NTB is located in the Alabaster Promenade, the area’s prominent retail center”, said Barry Silver.
