The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Leasehold Interest for a Walgreens Drugstore in New Jersey
     
The Silver Group has completed the sale of a Leasehold Interest to a Walgreens Drugstore in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.  The property consisted of the building only, not the land.  The Silver Group sold this investment property to an East Coast investor for $4,660,000.  The investor was able to obtain very favorable financing.
