The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Walgreens Drugstore in San Antonio, Texas

The Silver Group announces the sale of a Walgreens Drugstore located in northwest San Antonio, TX.  Barry Silver initially sold this property in 1995.  The owner decided to move his equity into a new long-term single tenant investment.  The buyer was Walgreens Co. who chose to exercise their Right of First Refusal.  This is the 52nd Walgreens Drugstore sold by Barry Silver.  The Silver Group represented both buyer and seller.
