The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Blockbuster in Little Elm, Texas

The Silver Group has sold a new, freestanding Blockbuster Entertainment facility in Little Elm, Texas.  This is one of the few new corporate backed units developed for dallas based, Blockbuster.  This location is just 15 minutes from Blockbuster's World Headquarters.  Little Elm is experiencing tremendous commercial and residential growth.  This intersection was surrounded by most major national retailers.  The Silver Group marketed the property for the Developer.
