The Silver Group completes the Sale of an IHOP Restaurant in Lawrenceville, Georgia
     
A California Trust acquired an IHOP Restaurant in Lawrenceville, Georgia for $3,375,000. The project was developed on behalf of an experienced area franchisee who entered into a new 20 year lease with a personal lease guaranty. The Silver Group represented Buyer and Seller.
