The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Pizza Hut in Alachua, Florida
    
The Silver Group has structured a sale leaseback transaction of a Pizza Hut Restaurant located in Alachua, Florida for a franchise operator.  The franchisee recently acquired a 6-store operation and has leased back the Alachua location for a 15 year term.  The sale price of this investment was $1,122,400. The California Buyer was represented by another agent.
