The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Dairy Queen (Ground Lease) in Shakopee, MN

Barry Silver, owner of The Silver Group, recently assisted both buyer and seller with the sale of a freestanding Dairy Queen Grill & Chill restaurant located in Shakopee, Minnesota. The property consists of a 3,900 sf building on 1.42 acres of land. DQ is on an out-parcel to the Southbridge Crossings Shopping Center. The lease had twenty years remaining with 15% rent increases paid every 5 years. The new owner exchanged funds from the sale of a condominium.
