The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Bridgestone Firestone Auto Facility in Wylie, TX

The Silver Group has completed the sale of a Bridgestone Firestone Auto facility in the northeast Dallas suburb of Wylie, Texas. The newly constructed 8,143 sf building is on 1.15 acres of land across the street from Woodbridge Crossings (Super Target, Kohl's Department store and JC Penney) Wylie has experienced residential and commercial growth as a result of its proximity to Dallas. Greg Cunha represented the buyer who was completing a tax deferred exchange.
