The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Pizza Hut Restaurant in Amarillo, TX

The Silver Group has just completed a sale leaseback on behalf of a Pizza Hut franchisee in Amarillo, Texas. Concurrent with the completion of construction of the new sit-down and delivery facility, a California investor closed escrow and received a new 15 year, triple net lease. The price paid was $900,000.

The tenant guaranteed the performance of this lease with 9 other locations in Amarillo.
