The Silver Group announces the 5th STNL medical building sale in 2009.

The Silver Group is pleased to report the sale of a medical office building leased to a large midwest hospital operator. The Property consists of a 9,680 sf single story building on 1.43 acres of land. This Property was selected by the buyer because of the 15 year "bond net" lease, fixed rent increases and investment grade credit. Parties to this transaction have requested that details remain confidential. Barry Silver was the only broker involved in the transaction. The buyer was referred by a client of the firm and was completing a tax deferred exchange.
