The Silver Group announces the sale of a National Tire & Battery store in Greenville, TX for $2,505,018.  The Silver Group represented Buyer and Seller.  This is the 10th NTB that The Silver Group has sold.  The investor was completing a tax deferred exchange.   This was the 15th real estate sale transaction for Barry Silver and this client
