The Silver Group sells Academy Sports & Outdoors

Northern California based, The Silver Group announces the recent sale of a new Academy Sport & Outdoors retail building in Texarkana, Texas. The property consists of a 75,000 sf building on 5 acres of land at the SWQ of Interstate 30 and Highway 59. The Buyer is a California based family partnership completing a tax-deferred exchange. At the close of escrow, a new 20 year, triple net lease commenced. Barry Silver was the only broker involved in the sale.
