The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Pizza Hut in Hartford, Wisconsin
      
The Silver Group has sold a Pizza Hut Restaurant located in Hartford, Wisconsin to an individual investor for $558,750. The restaurant is operated by an experienced franchisee with 85 locations in Wisconsin.  This was the investor's 5th property purchased through Barry Silver.  "The buyer was familiar with this tenant and we were able to negotiate an attractive going in cap rate"
