The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Delaware, Ohio

Barry Silver, Principal with The Silver Group has sold the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant located in the north Columbus suburb of Delaware, Ohio.  This is the second time Barry has sold the property in 3 years.  The Seller engaged The Silver Group to sell the BWW for a profit in order to purchase a larger single tenant property.  The new owner paid $1,878,000 and was represented by a local broker. There were 12 year remaining on the original lease.
