The Silver Group announced today that they have just sold a single tenant, McDonald’s restaurant ground lease in Killeen, Texas. The Property consists of a newly constructed 6,000 s.f. building on 1.4 acres of land along Highway 201, leased to McDonald’s USA LLC. “In a short period of time we were able to produce several cash offers for this well located property. Greg Cunha in our office took the lead roll with the buyer who was very familiar with the property. They were involved with a similar size tax deferred exchange and everything worked out. During a visit to the Property, the drive through lane maintained a line of 10+ cars throughout the mid-day hours”, said Barry Silver.
