The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Whataburger Restaurant in Harker Heights, Texas
      
The Silver Group announces the sale of an un-subordinated ground lease under a new Whataburger Restaurant located in the central Texas city of Harker Heights.  Whataburger is a 650 unit chain of quick serve restaurants. This property is adjacent to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bueno, Discount Tire, and across the street from Wal*Mart and a new Target anchored center.  The corporate-backed property, with a 15 year lease, sold to an investor for $960,000.  Michael Levy represented the buyer.
