The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Jiffy Lube in Oceanside, California

The Silver Group assisted in the sale of a new, freestanding Jiffy Lube facility located in Oceanside, California.  This development was in the works for almost 3 years due to the restrictive City growth plan.  The site is at the entrance of Plaza Rancho Del Oro Shopping Center with Albertson's Supermarket and Longs Drugstore.  The property sold for $2,445,000.
