The Silver Group completes the Sale of a National Tire & Battery in Grapevine, Texas

The Silver Group has represented Buyer and Seller of a new, freestanding National Tire and Battery auto facility in the Dallas suburb of Grapevine, Texas.  The store is located across the street from Grapevine Mills Mall, Bass Pro Shops and many other national retailers.  The 7,900 sf building sold for $2,587,491.  The Buyer acquired this property to complete a tax deferred exchange.  This is the 16th transaction this client has completed with Barry Silver.
