Barry Silver Tops $1 Billion of Properties Sold

With the April 15, 2009 closing of a $34,000,000 single tenant property in the State of New York, Barry Silver has sold more than $1,000,000,000 of investment property during his 20 year career. While this sale was to a large corporation, the vast majority of property sales have been in the $2 - $10 million price range.
