The Silver Group completes the Sale of a National Tire & Battery in Waxahachie, Texas

The Silver Group has negotiated the sale of a freestanding, 12-bay National Tire & Battery retail facility in Waxahachie, Texas.  This was the 2nd NTB acquired by the investor who was involved with a tax deferred exchange.  The purchase price was $2,322,000 and The Silver Group represented both Buyer and Seller in the transaction.
