The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Jiffy Lube in Spring, Texas

The Silver Group has sold a Jiffy Lube facility in Spring, Texas.  The investor paid  $1,250,000.  The property was recently remodeled and had a new 20 year primary lease term. The Silver Group represented both Buyer and Seller in this transaction.
