The Silver Group completes the sale of a BB&T Bank located in Eustis, Florida

The Silver Group has completed the sale of a freestanding, fee simple Branch Bank & Trust (BB&T) retail building in Eustis, Florida. The Florida based investor bought this credit investment for their family portfolio. BB&T bank carries an A+ credit rating and has a $14.9 billion net worth. This facility was previously occupied by Colonial Bank, who was shut down by regulators. BB&T bought many assets from Colonial and assumed many leases including this location. The property consists of a 11,000 sf building on 1.18 acres of land. Barry SIlver represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. Total consideration was approximately $1,050,000.
