The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Tractor Supply in San Benito, Texas

The Silver Group has just sold a Tractor Supply facility located in San Benito, Texas. Barry Silver marketed the property on behalf of a preferred developer.  The purchase price was $3,071,000. A California Family Trust acquired the 24, 030 sf building on 4.7 acres.  San Benito is located in the Rio Grande Valley which benefits from NAFTA and continues to experience job growth.
