The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Bridgestone-Firestone in Hutto, Texas

The Silver Group assisted in the sale and purchase of a Bridgestone-Firestone tire facility in Hutto, Texas for $2,763,000 to a California buyer. The new project was an out-parcel to a new Home Depot along Highway 79. The Silver Group represented Buyer and Seller.
