The Silver Group completes the Sale of a CSK Auto store located in Lafayette, Colorado
  
The Silver Group is proud to announce the sale of a CSK Auto store located in the west Denver suburb of Lafayette, Colorado. The property was marketed and sold by Greg Cunha, an associate with The Silver Group. This property provided a challenge as the lease had less than three years remaining from the original 15-year term. Additionally, the 2 anchor tenants in the center had vacated a few years ago, taking virtually all of the retail traffic with them. Greg, found a local Denver-based developer who plans on re-tenanting the property when the CSK Auto lease expires.
