The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Pizza Hut restaurant located in Brady, Texas
  
The Silver Group is pleased to announce the sale of a Pizza Hut restaurant located in Brady, Texas. Barry Silver represented the tenant / Seller in the sale and lease-back of the property. At closing, the Seller entered into a new 15 year, triple net lease. The lease was guaranteed by the Seller along with 10 Pizza Hut locations in the Abilene market. This is the third time the Seller has looked to The Silver Group to handle his real estate sales.

The Buyer was a California partnership represented by Marcus & Millichap, Boise.
