The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Dollar General in Johnstown, Ohio

Barry Silver is proud to announce the sale of a Dollar General store in Johnstown, Ohio by agent Greg Cunha. Greg brokered this new store to an Ohio based investor. The new lease had a 10 year term with rent increases in each of the renewal options.

Dollar General is a Fortune 500 deep discount retailer operating more than 8,000 locations. The company is owned by affiliates of Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts and Co. and Goldman Sachs.
