The Silver Group is proud to announce the sale of a well located McDonald's restaurant ground lease in Anderson, Indiana. Anderson is northeast of Indianapolis. Barry Silver reports the lease had 12+ years remaining on the lease with 10% rent increases every 5 years. This investment was attractive to the investor because he was able to acquire 1.1 acres of land at the corner of a busy intersection for only $540,000, well below the value of the building. The Silver Group was the only broker involved in this sale.
