The Silver Group has sold a 10,935 sf Ryan's Restaurant in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.  The price reflected an initial cap rate of 7.5%.  The Silver Group represented Buyer and Seller.  Ryan's is a concept owned by Buffets, Inc.
