The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Boston Market restaurant in Holland, Michigan

The Silver Group has sold a Boston Market restaurant located in Holland, Michigan. Barry Silver represented the buyer and seller in this quick closing. Boston Market had a new 20 year, corporate lease, paying below market rent. The investor was comfortable with the location across the street from a new home improvement store and around the corner from Meijer's Superstore.

Boston Market was founded in 1985 and has experienced ups and downs. McDonald's recently sold the chain to Sun Capital Partners who plan to increase revenues. Boston Market operates 630 locations and sells ready made meals to supermarkets.
