The Silver Group completes the Sale of an IHOP Restaurant in San Antonio, Texas

The Silver Group has sold a 5 year old IHOP restaurant in northwest San Antonio to a California investor completing a tax deferred exchange. The property is at the entrance to a successful retail center and still has 20 years remaining on the primary lease term. Unlike new stores, this location has a corporate lease guaranty. The investor was a repeat client of the firm who was seeking security with some rent upside.
