The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Weatherford, Texas
  
The Silver Group reports the sale of a Buffalo Wild Wings ground lease in the Ft. Worth suburb of Weatherford, Texas. The property consists of a 1.55 acre parcel within the Weatherford Ridge retail center with a 10-year lease from Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ: BWLD). Buffalo Wild Wings constructed a 5,800 s.f. restaurant with an outdoor patio on the property. The property was purchased for $970,000 by a long time client of the firm. The buyer was not involved with a tax deferred exchange, rather he saw the value and security of acquiring the land under a $1,500,000 million restaurant for less than a million dollars.
