Barry Silver Principal of The Silver group has sold a freestanding Hardee's Restaurant located in Fort Payne, Alabama. The Property was acquired by a California exchange buyer for $945,000. The Lease was for a new 20 year term. The tenant is Hardee's 2nd largest franchise with 100 locations.
